The First Clown In Space

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009

Creator and Founder of the world famous Cique du Soleil, Guy Laliberte, will be the 7th civilian to pay for the privilege of going into space and visiting the International Space Station.  He even plans to perform on the orbiting outpost.  Read about it here.

Whatever his reasoning or desire to go into orbit, I wish him the best and all the luck he needs to make the trip safely.  Space tourism is the future of space travel and NASA no longer has a monopoly on it.

A Couple Of Good Blogs

Sunday, September 27th, 2009

I spend a lot of time checking out blogs and it is rare that I find a blog that combines wit and style as well as hot and sexy guys.  Well, today I found two that I highly recommend if you wish to view more that just naked guys, not that there is anything wrong with just perusing naked guys.  One is called Porncake, clever site with some of the most interesting posts around.  The other is Blogaboingo, though it doesn’t seem to have been updated in quite some time, it has some funny stuff on it.   Check both out and I’m sure you will be amused.

A clever take on our current pandemic.

Of course you do.  That’s the whole reason you are here, today, looking at my phlog.  Just keep coming back while I build my archives.

Working It

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

I, like so many of my fellow bloggers, have a day job.  Some days are longer than others, as it is with most jobs, and it is not always easy to schedule an hour of making a post on GomezPatchouly.  Those who follow my phlog will know this to be true since my post usually occur far and few between.  However, I am going to make a real effort in the future to be more attentive to this site.  I want all my fans to come back again and again.  I love to know I am helping so many guys make it through the day, or at least help start it.  I will not be able to post every day, by any means, but I will give you all that I can.  I love all of you.

A Beautiful Sky

A gorgeous shot of the Aurora Borealis over the fishing town of Yellowknife.  Today being the first day of Autumn, I thought it would be nice to visit someplace cool.

Hope you enjoy it.  And all that can be found beneath it.

I included this great shot at the end of the post so you could click on it to see it as it should be seen.
